“Fixed-line and Mobile WHAT?!”

I’m looking for companies seeking seed / angel investments in the area of fixed carrier payment platforms that could be integrated in a mobile apps store. I found a handful of tier-2 carriers who are trying to build fixed-mobile converged app stores for their services. Basically, these carriers have an excellent reputation amongst their very small customer base (About 1,000 to 12,000 subscriber lines) for fixed line telephony, Internet, and Video, but no mobile.

Our idea was to build an application store for their services that could be accessed via any smartphone or feature phone. “Use whatever mobile carrier you’re with, and access our awesome applications and services over-the-top.”
